TUI buys Moroccan low-cost carrier Jet4You

(XFN Asia) TUI AG has increased its holding in Moroccan low cost carrier Jet4You to 100%.

 

TUI, which held 40% in Jet4You, acquired the shares of the other associates on 12-Jun-08. No financial details have been disclosed.

Jet4You has a fleet of five jets and is to acquire another five by 2010. The company employs 200 people and had revenues of 51 million euros last year.
