SkyEurope - EUR 15 million loan due

SkyEurope Holding AG announces that the EUR 15 million loan granted in Dec-07 by York Global Finance II to SkyEurope Airlines, becomes due and payable, according to the terms of the loan, on or before 22-Nov-08.

 

The further EUR 10 million bridge loan facility granted in Sep-08 by York to SkyEurope Airlines a.s becomes due and payable, according to the terms of the loan, on or before 05-Nov-08.

This maturity date may be extended at the Lender's discretion according to the bridge loan agreement. Repayment of the EUR 15 million loan of Dec-07 was guaranteed by SkyEurope Holding AG, which guarantee is secured by the pledge of all shares of SkyEurope Holding AG in SkyEurope Airlines a.s. The granting of this pledge was authorised under item 8 of the agenda of the Annual General Meeting of 14-Feb-08.
