SkyEurope - Repayment dates for loan granted extended

SkyEurope Holding AG announced (12-Dec-08) that the EUR 15 million loan granted in Dec-07 and the EUR 10 million loan granted in Sep-08 by York Global Finance II to SkyEurope Airlines, have been extended to 15-Jan-09. Both loans were previously due for repayment on 15-Dec-08 in accordance with the loan agreements.
