Wizz Air receives "Best Low Cost Airline 2008" award

Wizz Air announced (11-Mar-09) they have won the “Best Low Cost Airline 2008” award in Poland. The airline was voted the best by the pasazer.com portal readers for the fifth consecutive year.

Head of Corporate Communication and Public Affairs of Wizz Air, Natasa Kazmer said, “Winning the votes of the pasazer.com readers for the fifth time in a row is a great honor for us but above all it confirms that what passengers really want is low fares coupled with a great customer experience and that’s what Wizz Air stands for.”

The pasazer.com prize is the second award which has been given to Wizz Air recently. The carrier was also rewarded by PPL (Polish Airport Management Company) for the highest growth in passengers number in 2008 in Warsaw in the low cost category.
