AirAsia Small fee the promotion is asking asking passengers to just pay the airport tax and admin fee of $12 / AFF MALAYSIAN airline AirAsia is giving away 1,000,000 free seats in a bid to boost domestic travel.

Dubbed AirAsia's ZERO FARE, the airline's promotion is asking passengers to just pay the airport tax and admin fee of $12.
All flights take off from Kuala Lumpur and fly to Malaysian destinations such as Kota Bharu and Penang.

The sale is on now until 15-May-09 , but travel must be from 05-Jan-09 to 30-Apr-2010.

The AirAsia deal follows Tiger Airways' ANZAC day offering of more than 30,000 free seats on flights across Australia. Last week Jetstar launched a "take a friend for free" sale, offering discounted airfares to celebrate its fifth year of operation.
