GOL is now publishing its Corporate Acts

GOL Latin America’s largest low-cost airline hereby informs to its Shareholders and to the general public that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on 17-Jun-2009, made a resolution, due to the discontinuance of the circulation of Gazeta Mercantil newspaper, to the effect that the corporate acts of the Company shall hereinafter be published in Valor Econômico newspaper.

 

 Accordingly, as from this date, the newspapers used by the Company for publications shall be the State of São Paulo Official Gazette and Valor Econômico (SP).
