WestJet launches more non-stop service to the Bay Area |

"There is a natural bond between coastal cities and we are delighted to offer the people of the lower mainland non-stop seasonal service to the city by the bay," said Hugh Dunleavy, WestJet Executive Vice-President, Strategy and Planning. "Our seasonal flights from Calgary and Edmonton to San Francisco are extremely popular and we expect that the addition of non-stop service from Vancouver will be just as successful."
WestJet will fly between Vancouver and San Francisco daily until October 30, 2010.
The schedule details of WestJet's new service are:
Vancouver - San Francisco (daily)

From Vancouver - WS1770 8 a.m. 10:13 a.m.
From San Francisco - WS1771 11:15 a.m. 1:24 p.m.
One-way introductory fares, available in both directions on non-stop flights only, are available from $149 plus applicable taxes and fees. Fares are available by calling WestJet's Sales Super Centre at 1-888-WESTJET (1-888-937-8538), your preferred travel agent or by visiting www.westjet.com.

As part of its 2010 summer schedule, WestJet will also offer seasonal service to San Francisco from Calgary and Edmonton with one-way fares starting at $149 and $159 respectively, plus applicable fees and taxes.
