(CAPA) Jetstar Asia is so confident of its low fares that if customers source a web fare lower to that of a Jetstar Asia one on the same city pair (eg. Singapore-Manila), the airline will double the difference in a travel voucher.
In a pre-purchased situation, customers can call the Jetstar call centre to advise of the fare difference, before booking with a ‘Double the Difference’ voucher. Alternatively, customers with a Jetstar Asia ticket can also obtain a ‘Double the Difference’ within 3 hours of booking their Jetstar Asia ticket online if they find a cheaper fare.
