AirAsia X signs cooperation deal with Munich Re travel insurance unit

(XFN Asia) AirAsia X has signed a co-operation deal with travel insurance company, Muenchener Rueckversicherungs.

 

Under the deal, the carrier will offer cover for delayed flights alongside its tickets.

Meanwhile, Europaeische Reiseversicherung also plans to expand its operations in China, where it currently has two partners, People's Insurance Company of China and Ping An.
