GERMANY : Starting from 29-Mar-09 Germanwings will apply new charges for excess baggage. They will also change the weight of a bag on which the mentioned charge is calculated. Passengers flying on Germanwings now pay a charge in the amount of 7EUR on each kilogram over 23kg. From 29-March this year they will pay each kilogram over 20kg.
