Embraer Newsnasair adds three new E190s to its fleet12-Jan-2009SAUDI ARABIA : nasair announced (09-Jan-08) it has taken delivery of three new aircraft from Embraer, increasing its fleet to 11 aircraft, includsing regional jets and narrowbody aircraft. The arrival of the new 110 seat Embraer 190 aircraft at King Khalid International Airport coincide with the activation of National Air Services (NAS Holding) total component support agreement with Lufthansa Technik that involve Embraer 190 spare parts support all around the world. Azul Linhas Aereas takes delivery of Embraer 195 jet15-Dec-2008Embraer delivered the first EMBRAER 195 jet to Azul Linhas AƩreas Brasileiras, which will be the first Brazilian airline to operate the E-Jets. The contract is for 36 firm orders: 31 EMBRAER 195s and five EMBRAER 190s. The deal was announced in Mar-08, and also includes options for another 20 aircraft and purchase rights for another 20. Embraer names Flybe as authorised service center25-Sep-2008UNITED KINGDOM : Embraer and Flybe Aviation Services signed a five-year contract, naming the regional aircraft maintenance company as an authorised service center for the ERJ 145 and E-Jets families. |
